I lived at oak park for almost 6 years and before valerie became manager it the property was dirty, noisy, broken down cars ... and no parking, maintenance issues. I have been a resident for a long time. I was recently given a notice to move for remodel. I went in to the office and talked ... with the manager Valerie, she was welcoming with a big smile on her face and she was helpful getting me thru the process of applying for a newer apartment. I’m so excited to start a new adventure in a new apartment here. Not only am I grateful for her help but i also feel privileged to live in such a great place. Since she’s took over the apartments it has cleaned up so much to the point where I let my kids go outside and make new friends. I also would like to thank the owners for giving these apartments a chance, and for putting so much effort into making this a better place. I’m so Ecstatic to move in to my new place!!!! I’ve been at this community for almost 3 months now and it has been an overall great experience! The Apt Manager is very ... communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. The neighbors are friendly as well and I feel very safe and relaxed in my new home. The property also has continuous surveillance which is an added bonus.
